TIMELESS GAZES: FROM PHARAOHS TO THE PRESENT DAY

Timeless Gazes is a new exhibition celebrating ancient Egypt and contemporary art in relation to the African continent, featuring 130 paintings, photographs, and sculptures from the prestigious collection assembled by Jean Claude Gandur.

CURIOUS MUMMIES: FROM CHAMPOLLION TO THE SYNCHROTRON 

This new exhibition traces the history of research on ancient Egyptian mummies from the 19th century to the present day through an immersive experience, video content, and more than 70 objects, including two human mummies and 15 animal mummies.

CAESAR AND CLEOPATRA

More than 200 exhibits from eight European countries tell the story of Cleopatra VII and Gaius Julius Caesar, and the political, social, and cultural changes of this decisive era. The exhibition includes reconstructions of Republican Rome and Ptolemaic Alexandria.

IN THE SHADOW OF THE PYRAMID 

In the Shadow of the Pyramid presents the Egyptological collection of the Moravské Třebová Museum, with around 130 artefacts on display, including the mummy of a young woman called Hereret.
