HORIZON OF KHUFU: JOURNEY TO ANCIENT EGYPT
An immersive expedition to explore the Great Pyramid of Giza, including spaces previously closed to the public, followed by a trip 4,500 years back in time to attend the funeral of King Khufu. The experience is based on research and data collected on-site by the Giza Project team at Harvard University.

ROBBED – RANSACKED – RESCUED[?]: THE TOMBS OF THE QUBBET EL-HAWA NORTH
This exhibition presents the work of the Egyptian-German team (National Museums in Berlin and Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities) at Qubbet el-Hawa North, documenting and conserving a group of ten newly discovered rock-cut tombs that were looted during the Arab Spring uprising. One highlight is a photographic replica of the wall paintings in the New Kingdom Tomb of User, Mayor of Elephantine.

EGYPT: OBSESSED WITH LIFE
Egypt: Obsessed with Life examines ancient Egyptians’ perceptions of life in the afterlife. Visitors follow the complex embalming process and the journey as a mummy to the grave, through the underworld, and back into the brilliant sunshine of the afterlife and eternal existence. The exhibition also offers the opportunity to smell ‘The Scent of Eternity’, a newly recreated ancient embalming fragrance.

TUTANKHAMUN: THE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
In the form of an immersive digital multimedia experience, without artefacts or replicas, this exhibition explores Tutankhamun and his tomb, accompanied by the real voice of Howard Carter. It includes an augmented-reality experience of the tomb, and an interactive experience room focusing on hieroglyphs and original-sized treasures.
