TREASURES OF TAPOSIRIS MAGNA

An exhibition of recent finds by the joint Dominican–Egyptian mission working at the temple and necropolis of the Ptolemaic city of Taposiris Magna.

RAMSES THE GREAT AND THE GOLD OF THE PHARAOHS

A touring exhibition which celebrates the achievements of Ramesses II through more than180 artefacts, with a virtual reality tour of the temples at Abu Simbel and the Tomb of Nefertari. Highlights include animal mummies, jewellery, royal masks, and the king’s cedar-wood coffin.

MAKING EGYPT

An exhibition for young people that explores how stories and images of ancient Egypt continue to influence art, design, and popular culture today. It features ancient artefacts, many on display for the first time, contemporary fashion, jewellery, comics, film, games, sculpture, ceramics, and more from across the V&A’s collection and beyond.

THE KINGDOM OF THE PHARAOHS
