Competition: Current World Archaeology Photo of the Year 2022

Start

Although there have been limited opportunities for travel and visiting heritage sites in the recent past, photography offers a way to take in the sights and splendours of world archaeology from a distance. Whether you’ve been whiling away the hours looking back at photos from holidays past, venturing out for walks to local sites or on trips further afield, or busy working on archaeological projects, we want to see your best pictures on a heritage theme.

These can be photographs that you have taken recently, or at any point in the past. Send them to us for your chance to win first prize in our annual CWA Photo Competition, and have your work showcased in the magazine.
